Fantastic, breathtaking, dynamic and entertaining. These are the most popular words in describing Forza Horizon 3 in most major game review sites. I won’t disagree with any of these because the game is a stunner in so many ways! But if don’t own Xbox One, you’re sadly out of luck.

New Generation Gameplay

You don’t necessarily have to be an avid fan of cars from a mechanical perspective in order to appreciate what Forza Horizon 3 has to offer. In the past, racing games were limited to fixed and monotonic racing with rather unintelligent AI opponents. Forza Horizon 3 represents a modern racing game with its vast open world for simple cruising or immensely challenging track races to push your skills to the limits.

You can choose from 350 cars, and you’ll have free hands to use them in any terrain or track. Every once in a while you can find older gems from abandoned barns of Australia. Oh, I forgot to mention that the map is Australia, making it twice the size of the predecessor Forza Horizon 2. That means you can enjoy the picturesque coastline of Australia or take it to the desert for some off-road racing. Or if you’re like me, you might take a muscle car and drive it down the cliff for the fun of it!

Very often racing games fail to entice us for an extended period of time. After all, there is only so much driving you want to do before jumping back to Call of Duty…Not in Forza Horizon 3. Jump to online gaming and see AI taking control of other players’ vehicles when they’re offline. You might even see me driving off the cliff at some point. But before you laugh, remember that AI will take over your cars as well when you’re offline.

Have We Reached the Verdict?

Vast open world with shockingly amazing graphics and responsive gameplay are all difficult to beat. Not to mention the fact that you can participate in different theme races, which at times appear funny and even ludicrous. All this ensures that you won’t be bored with Forza Horizon 3.
